Under the mentorship and guidance of Adv. (Mrs.) Rubina Akhtar Hasan Rizvi, the Rizvi Education Society has undergone a humongous positive change and emerged as a premier name to reckon with. A recipient of numerous awards in the field of Education, Entrepreneurship and Social work such as 'Angel Communicator in the field of Public Welfare during the COVID Pandemic', 'Rashtriya Seva Samman 2021' and 'Maharashtra Jan Gaurav Puraskar' presented by Honourable Governor of Maharashtra and Goa "Shri Bhagat Singh Ji Koshiyari". She had been conferred 'The Pride of Maharashtra' Award and 'Women Entrepreneur of the year Award' by MIEDA and SME chambers. Her excellence and tireless efforts towards the welfare of Nation and Society have added many more feathers to her cap of success including 'Rashtriya Gaurav Top 30 Icon Awards', 'Women Achiever Award 2018' for contributing in developing High Quality Educational Institution, 'Indian Education Award' as India's Most Eminent Women Educationist and Entrepreneur and she has set her goals high and clear. She was awarded 'The Shiksha Gaurav Puraskar' for developing high quality education institutions and Women Empowerment Award' for her enormous contribution to strengthen women through various initiatives. Recently, she received the 'Entrepreneur of the Year Award' by Economic Times in the forum on Business Leader of the Year, 'Woman Director of the Year Award' by Women Leaders Forum in Dubai and 'Education excellence Award' by Universal Mentors Association. Her vision can be realized in the global benchmarks she has brought to Rizvi Education.
She is a true sports lover. She had worked as Finance Committee Member and legal Advisory Committee member of Mumbai Cricket Association. She is the Vice - President of Mumbai Upanagar Boxing Association. Chairperson of Women Commission in Sports Karate- Do Association, Maharashtra. Member of Mumbai Shahar Kabaddi Association having her own Ruby construction industrial team. Her active involvement and continuous support have promoted all sports in Rizvi institutes such as Judo, Khokho, Softball, Baseball, etc. She had encouraged sports amongst youth specially girls by establishing Women Cricket Team to increase enthusiasm in young girls. Recently she has been conferred the honour of Midday Powerful Women for her Iconic Sports Club. She has also received many National and International Awards and Accolades in the field of Education, Entrepreneurship and Social Work. She had pioneered many summits and conventions to promote women entrepreneurs in India in the capacity of the Chairperson of the Women Entrepreneurship Development Council, SME, Maharashtra. She had been invited as Delegate to GCC countries, U.K , Japan etc. to share her expertise in Forensic Sciences and Cyber Law and for motivational talks in conferences, seminars, webinars, etc. She had organized Community Health Initiatives like Free cancer Mega camps, Medical Health Check-ups in Mumbai and rural areas such as Beed and Jalna. She had organized Women Empowerment Programs on International Women's Day and felicitated deserving eminent Women to motivate them and inspire others. She had transformed traditional library and established Dr. Rizvi Digital Library along with Dr. Rizvi Resource Centre for Especially abled. She had inspired many lives by organising 4 editions of Saquib Rizvi Memorial Cancer Awareness Marathon (SRMCAM), three physical and one virtual. She had promoted cultural activities amongst youth to elicit the hidden talent amongst teenagers to orient their zeal and zest in a positive direction. Also, she reinforced Urdu language with Sufism and brought fusion of Marathi Culture with Russian Tradition. She believes in helping the people when they need the most. She had introduced and donated a well-equipped Cardiac Ambulance for the Society in the interest of helpless and needy people and donated 2 lakh Doxycycline Medicines along with 500 Ration Daily needs kits and 500 Ration kits during Konkan Flood Relief. For the tireless and timely contribution towards upliftment of poor & needy people in the society, she has been acknowledged and appreciated by the Governor of Maharashtra - His Excellency Mr. Bhagat Singh Koshiyari, Minister of Education - Mrs. Varsha Tai Gaikwad, Cabinet Minister of Government of Maharashtra - Shri. Aditya Thackeray, Consul General of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan - Her Excellency Ms. Zakia Wardak, Spokesperson of Bharatiya Janata Party - Mr. Shah Nawaz Hussain, Ex-Minister of Education - Mr. Vinod Tawde, Member of Legislative Assembly - Mr. Ashish Shelar, Founder of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena - Smt.
