"Ms. Saleha P. Sacar is a Juris Doctor born in Saudi Arabia and a Natural Born Filipino Citizen currently engaged in the government service. She started serving the Filipinos at the age 36 years old being noted as the youngest Bureau Director of the Commission catering the 15Million plus Muslim populace in the entire Philippines. She received her award as Global Woman Achiever 2022-2023 in the 9th and 10th World Women Leadership Congress and Awards held in Taj Land Ends, Mumbai. The same international recognition was passed and recently approved by the Bangsamoro Transition Authority authored by the distinguished Member of Parliament recognizing her exemplary contributions to the Bangsamoro and the Muslim Filipinos. She has implemented various livelihood, cooperative and manpower skills training programs to uplift the economic status of the Muslim Filipinos. She implemented programs on the promotion and development of Philippine Halal Industry and Islamic Finance. Her integrity and leadership is an attest to her commitment to public service."
